1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using revuu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

revuu is a video platform for sharing and discovering product reviews. We may change or discontinue features at any time. We are not responsible for the opinions expressed in user-generated reviews.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, comments, profile details).
• You grant revuu a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, transcode and distribute your content on the platform.
• You confirm that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights, including copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Reviews must be genuine. Paid or sponsored reviews must be disclosed.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading content you do not have the right to share.
• Harassing, threatening or impersonating others.
• Posting misleading, fraudulent or deceptive reviews.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Using bots or automation to inflate views, likes or ratings.

6. Moderation

We may remove content, suspend features or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards. Reports can be submitted from any review page.

7. Tipping & boosts

Payments for tips and boosts are processed by our payment provider. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law. Platform fees may apply.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reviews are accurate, complete or unbiased. Always do your own research before purchasing a product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, revuu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
